Queen Latifah Will Pay Laid Off Employees With Her Own Money For Christmas

After two seasons the Queen Latifah Show has been cancelled, and in the mood of the Christmas spirit Latifah has decided to pay her staff who had been laid off a month ago.

Latifah mentioned that her entire staff will be taken care of through the Christmas period. She stated that re-runs of the show will be broadcasted in March, but the crew will not be needed.

Latifah also stated in a recent Facebook post “Your dedication and sacrifice was crucial to the entire team, and in the face of intense challenges, you displayed ‘True Grit’!” “Thank you for your strong work ethic and great effort in getting The Queen Latifah Show off the ground and running.

The Queen Latifah Show was produced by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. The show originally started in 1999 but ended in 2001. It returned in 2013 and has once again ended after two years.
