After Suge Knight’s involvement in a hit and run on the January 30th have led the powers that be to charge him with 1 count of murder and 1 count of attempted murder.
The decision was made due to Suge allegedly committing a felony while on bail for another pending case. If found guilty the former Deathrow Records CEO will face life imprisonment.
Suge’s bail was refused due to him being a three-strike candidate, possibility of conducting witness intimidation and his criminal past.
He reportedly hit three men with his vehicle, injured two of them and killed a third by the name of Terry Carter.
Mr Knight has pleaded not guilty.
