“Becoming Nas” Documentary
This is an Interesting short documentary series which features the legend Nas just before he’s due to headline Rock The Bells festival in California.
The rapper looks back on memories of his home town Queensbridge, and how he incorporated that into his music, attending his first Hip-Hop gig, production of Ilmatic and the first time he heard himself on radio.
Here he conveys how much music actually meant to him and that he was still churning out albums because thats what mattered to him. Music is his life, full stop!
The short documentary also features legends such as Large Professor who gave the legend his break in the Hip Hop Game.
