A veteran of the UK hip hop scene for over 20 years, Chester P, hasn’t done a public interview in quite a while.

You might have seen him in a freestyle, or doing a feature here and there, but not an interview.

I might be so bold as to say, that he hasn’t done an interview in over a decade (feel free to do your research and correct me here, I’m just so excited that Güneş – who organized this – puledl this one out of the bag).

So, this is really what you would call an exclusive. And you are in for a right treat. 🙂

1. Chester P does one of his legendary acapellas. And you know these are always thought provoking. Here, he doesn’t disappoint.
2. He talks about how he came into the hip hop scene in the UK, that was about 20 years ago! Yeah, I know, grand dad… or grand uncle. You’ll see what I mean by that at about the halfway mark.
3. Chester’s take on “keeping it real” and the bullshit behind those same words. “..if a man get’s shot in his face 9 times, give him a few quid….”. Legendary!
   
4. How he fell out of love with hip hop. Or, should I say, he loved hip hop so much that he was willing to leave her alone..and he has, but..
5. How he is making a return with a Task Force tour and album. A solo album,writing stories…
