ChetMega – Itch FM Performance And Interview
We caught up with South-West England rapper ChetMega, after he’d been conjuring up self induced insomnia for god knows how long.
Tired and weary, plus having to travel up to London, Chetmega agreed to do this interview with us.
Here’s a little about Chetmega:
As I’ve mentioned above, he’s from the South-West of England. He’s been around for quite a while now, but has recently started to gather up some steam.
When I say “been around for quite a while”, I mean that he’s been around since Mark B and Blade days. So, where going back over a decade and a half.
Like many artists, Chet doesn’t like to be categorised into any sort of genre box, however, for this one time I’ll say that he’s an mc that rhymes over “bass’ music.
He’s rapped over dubstep, grime as well as hip hop, and worked with the drum and bass producer Erb N Dub, grime producer S.K.I.T.Z.B.E.A.T.Z, and house producer Alex Schmitz to name a few.
