Mobb Deep Explain’s How Q Tip Had A Big Influence On Them
Courtesy of Watchloud.com Havoc and Prodigy of the infamous Mobb Deep explained how meeting fellow Queens Bridge rapper Q Tip had a big influence on their creative output.
They go on to explain their respect for him as a Queens Bridge legend and their appreciation for Tip dropping some words of advice when they were on the come up.
Both Havoc and Prodigy explained how he definitely gave them something to think about in regards to pushing their creativity further in relation to production and lyrics.
The thing that struck them, which they highly respected was when Q-Tip featured on their track “Drink Away The Pain”, and he performed the track as authentic Q Tip, not trying to conform to their persona, and trying to be hard.
